The focus of AO: Lost Eden is on the conflict between two of the three factions: The Omni-Tek and the Clan. The neutrals will also be involved in the conflict but to a lesser degree than the other two factions. The player-versus-player conflict will be brought to new heights both of action and violence as new weapons and vehicles (who knows how to drive one of those Mechs?) are introduced into the gameplay. The options seem almost limitless on how you will be able to take down your enemy. Not only can you now take control of mechs on the battlefield but you also have the ability to call air strikes, use the classic artillery, and mine the battlefield. One other attack is the beam attack which can be unleashed from the control towers. When combined with another player in the control tower you will be able to unleash a deadly barrage of laser attacks on the unsuspecting enemy. The laser will immediately kill any player that is caught in the blast, so if you are on the receiving end of things you had better be ready to get out of the way! Ever since its release back in 2001 Anarchy Online has been a massive force in the MMORPG genre. Many new MMO's that are only now being released continue to be compared to Anarchy Online. Anarchy Online: Lost Eden promises to bring even more fun via expanded content to an already exhilarating MMO. One thing we forgot to mention is that the developers at Funcom have mentioned that every class and character will be receiving an upgrade of some kind in AO: Lost Eden. This expansion is set to be released in winter of this year and with all of the new gameplay options and additional content/skills it is looking to be yet another awesome expansion for an already great game...More
