Ace Combat 6: Fires of Liberation

Ace Combat 6: Fires of Liberation

The popular franchise to new heights with its Dynamic Operation System feature. Fans of the series will undergo new intensity and depth on the battlefields as the Dynamic Operations System allows players to engage/act in multiple operations at one time. Taking advantage of the Xbox 360, players will be able to control all air, ground and sea units at one time, as they all take on different objectives on the battlefield. As the battlefield comes alive, players will have multiple operations going on simultaneously in vast war zones, just like in real life war.

Xbox live is heavily supported in the game with 16-player Battle Royale and Team Battle modes (though Namco has stated aims to raise it to 32 players), cooperative play, leaderboards, and downloadable content. The single player campaign features a dynamic mission system that changes the tide of the war based on the performance of the player on past missions.

The game's narrative is spread across 15 single-player missions that progress in linear fashion.

The planes you do get to choose from, such as the F-22 Raptor, F-15 E Strike Eagle, and Tornado, all have more detailed cockpits than previous Ace Combat installments.
